You deserve to see that the home is still in good condition and that the sellers have left everything you expect to come with the house in place. Ideally, all of the seller's possessions will have been moved out of the house, allowing you to have a good look at any damage that may have been done by the movers. Missing items or abandoned furniture need to be addressed. Make sure that it will be taken care of before closing or that you are compensated for what's missing or the labor involved with moving the abandoned furniture out.
